"This hotel is very central for all the activities and sights around Ottawa. As well as very comfortable and clean rooms it has a restaurant with a good selection of dishes, wines and local beers. The staff are always welcoming and attentive."

"This hotel was perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Byward Market which was a very pleasant walk and distance. We were able to detour past the front of the parliament buildings on the way back. The only minor issue that I had was that the shower was not very warm when I used it at about 6am. (I had to be somewhere early that morning). My husband used the shower after 7:30am and it was fine. (Perhaps pipes close to outside wall? Ottawa is cold that early in the morning..)....

"We really liked it, we were in the jacuzzi and in the pool. We also went to the gym, the room was cozy and warm, very clean. Next time we are in Ottawa, and spend the night in a hotel Wingate!"

"I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had pleasant experiences in the past. However, during my most recent visit, a few aspects left room for improvement. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. However, when inquiring about off-site parking options, the staff seemed unsure, which was surprising given that there is no parking on-site.
